1. Special session for ERANET, HORIZON 2020 and HORIZON EUROPE projects

Ladies and Gentlemen, we encourage you to register your participation.
Registration also precedes the possibility of sending an article. After proper registration you will receive a unique RegID, which should be provided during the sending process of the article.
 
Please register the participant one time. In the case of a later decision on the second article, the fact that it was sent by the conference website is sufficient to charge the appropriate conference fee for the participant.
 

Information obligation towards conference attendees (GDPR)

According to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April 2016, we inform as follows:
  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Silesian University of Technology having its registered office at ul. Akademicka 2A, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland.
  2. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted in all matters relating to the processing of personal data by post to the following address: ul. Akademicka 2A, 44-100 Gliwice or via e-mail: iod@polsl.pl.
  3. Your personal data are processed for the purpose of organising and implementing your participation in a scientific and technical conference on ‘Transport Systems. Theory and Practice’ at the University. In particular, the processing of personal data is needed to secure participation in the conference, communication related to the participation, implement the conference, develop post-conference publications, elaborate publication contracts, issue invoices and perform the contract with the Data Administrator, presentation of materials related to the conference in databases of the Data Administrator, use of your image at photographs taken during the conference to develop conference news to be placed at the conference website and portals of the Data Administrator, publicising abstracts and articles related to the conference at the conference website or the Publication of the Data Administrator, provision of information about the next conference, as well as to fulfil legal obligations by the Data Administrator.
  4. Your personal data are processed according to Art. 6.1 letters b and c of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April 2016 (GDPR).
  5. Access to your personal data inside the organisational structure of Silesian University of Technology is to be provided solely for employees authorised to process personal data within the required scope.
  6. Recipients of your personal data include: people authorised by the Data Administrator to process personal data, in particular the Conference Organizing Committee, Secretariat, Accounting Department, Publishing House, Library, Deans, Deputy Deans, people managing databases and entities processing data on behalf of the Data Administrator based on contracts with the Data Administrator, in particular co-organisers of the conference.
  7. Your personal data are stored for a period necessary for the implementation and settlement of the conference on 'Transport Systems. Theory and Practice’ for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the conference was organised. After that period, your personal data will be archived and kept in public interest.
  8. You have the right to access the data, rectify it, limit processing and delete data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  9. Your personal data are provided voluntarily. However, failure to provide your personal data may prevent you from participating in the conference, publish a scientific article, participate in events that accompany the conference, and include your publications in the database.
