The conference Organizing Committee is inviting all interested sides to send the papers (unpublished before) describing the most up-to-date research and solutions regarding the theme of the conference. The articles (in English), which will send (only by website "Paper submission") before deadline and receive the positive reviews, will be published in one of journals:

Selected Proceedings of TSTP conference will be submitted for evaluation and indexing by ISI (Conference Proceedings Citation Index), EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink. The final decision depends on the indexing databases.

Authors of accepted papers will be ask to sign “Consent to Publish” (proper version of “Consent to Publish” will be send to Authors after end of qualifying process).

Based on the contracts with Springer the Organizing Committee will not publish the papers that will not be presented in one of the panel sessions (oral or poster).

Authors are asked to use only “paper_template_TSTP(Word2003)” or in special cases “paper_template_TSTP(Word2007)”. In both cases template includes all predefined style formats which can be easily accessed via special toolbars. Authors are also asked to carefully read technical instructions in .pdf file.

Number of pages per article is limited to twenty (minimal number of pages is ten). If for some reason Author need more pages there are additional fee (35 EUR per page).

File size (format .doc or docx) is limited to 10 MB.

In order to send an article, please use the individual code (RegID) obtained (on the indicated e-mail address) after completion of registration process.

Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable. To facilitate the double-blind paper evaluation method, Authors are kindly requested to reduce self-citation to maximum 2 per paper. In the case of multi-author publication, the limit applies to all Authors. However, the publishing house has the right (at a later stage) to ask for the removal of self-citations (as a condition of publication). In addition references published in other language than English Authors should reduce to the absolute minimum (not more than 1-2 per paper). It will help to increase accessibility of the submitted papers for other scientist of the world.
 
Only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to read Springer publishing ethics and policy of SJSUT.ST thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected during evaluation process or according to above publishing policy by Springer or SJSUT.ST at publishing process.
 
All papers must be submitted through the online submission platform and should follow the instructions and templates. After the paper submission has been successfully completed, authors will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
